  • Wash eight potatoes thoroughly in several waters, put them in a pot of water and cook over medium heat.
  • Peel off one onion and cut it into cubes.
  • 300 grams of fresh mushrooms, peel and also chop with a knife.
  • Fry prepared foods in a hot pan in vegetable oil.
  • Cool the finished potatoes, peel and scroll through a meat grinder. Add to it two glasses of flour, two chicken eggs, a little vegetable oil, s alt and ground pepper. Knead the ingredients into a firm dough.

  • 300 grams of beef or lean pork (meat should be slightly frozen) cut first into slices and then into strips.

  • Return the meat to the pan and add the sauce it marinated in. After a couple of minutes, add two tablespoons of starch to the products.

Serve the finished dish with a side dish of boiled rice.
