Break up the slices with a spoon. Collect the escaping juice in a bowl. Then add sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice to it. Pour the mixture into a bowl and bring to a boil. Don't forget to skim off the foam. Boil until the jelly begins to thicken. How to check? Drop on a saucer, if it thickens, thenjelly is ready. Next, fill them with hot jars. - pears (500 grams);
- sugar (750 grams);
- citric acid.
