Step-by-step instructions for cooking meat zrazy with stuffing
Let's move on to finely chopping the onion. Let the eggs boil for 10-12 minutes - they should be hard-boiled. At the same time, in a separate container, soak the bread in milk. So, almost simultaneously, you boil eggs, bread absorbs milk and cut onions. After the filling is ready, it should be cut into cubes.
In order to cook zrazy with an egg, the onion must be fried until golden brown, and then finely chopped greens should be added to it. You can use onions, dill and parsley, more exotic but your favorite greens. Let's start mixing the filling. We prepare zrazy of approximately the same size and shape. To do this, put about 100 grams of meat on the palm of your hand and evenly distribute it into a rounded shape. Put about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center and form cutlets.
