- Several small apples (two to four) peeled and seeds, and then grated. After that, mix the prepared product directly with the dough.

- Pour in 100 grams of semolina, 200 grams of rye flour and another 300 ml of sour milk.
- Beat the egg whites into a high foam, and then combine them with the rest of the dough at the lowest speed.

- Bake pancakes in a large pan.
- Peel bananas and cut into slices.
- Make caramel. To do this, melt 10 grams of sugar in a pan and add butter to it.
- Put the fruit in the pan and pour over 20 g of rum (you can replace it with peach liqueur). Stir the food and cook for a couple more minutes.
- To make chocolate mousse, heat 70 grams of cream in a suitable bowl. After that, dip 80 grams of chocolate into it, divided into slices. Whip the second part of the cream (180 grams) and carefully fold into the chocolate mixture. Put the mousse in the freezer to thicken it faster.
- It's time to collect unusual rolls. To do this, spread a cling film on the table, put a pancake on it, generously grease it with cold mousse, and put bananas on top. Roll up the pancake and wrap the edges in cling film.
Place the dessert in the freezer. The rolls can be taken out after they have cooled, and then cut into circles and served.
