They are stored for quite a long time, so they can be kept in the "bins" in case of arrival of unexpected, but dear guests! By the way, it is also advisable to stock up on shrimp, cheese, and avocados in advance. And you can start!

How to prepare this delicious snack? We will need: 20 tartlets, 20 shrimp, 100 g of cheese, two cloves of garlic, two tablespoonsspoons of mayonnaise, 1 avocado, vegetable oil for frying.

  1. First of all, we need to clean the seafood. We remove the shell: cut along the back and pull out the intestinal vein with the insides.
  2. Well, the shrimp have already been cleaned and washed. Now we will fry them in olive oil with garlic. But first, dry with napkins from excess moisture. Pour oil into a pan, add chopped garlic. It has begun to turn brown and lets you know about the readiness of the smell. Remove it from the bowl.
  3. Put the shrimp in the pan, fry for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Yes, you need more s alt and pepper and set aside for now.
  4. Now we make the stuffing. First of all, we need to cut the avocado in half and take out all the pulp with a spoon. By the way, how to choose the right avocado so that it is ripe? You need to press with your finger: if it sags a little, then it’s ripe, if not, then you shouldn’t take it.
  5. Cut as if it were a peach. It is very easy to pull out the bone, we do not need it. We take a tablespoon and pick out the pulp, and then we take a fork and knead it. If the avocado is ripe, it will be very easy to knead.
  6. Now the cheese needs to be grated on a coarse grater. We also boil hard-boiled eggs (this is about 10 minutes). Then we clean and pass through an egg cutter or just finely press or cut with a knife.
  7. Mix all the ingredients: avocado with cheese, add eggs here, squeeze a clove of garlic and spread mayonnaise. We mix everything well. If you wish, you can s alt and pepper to taste.
  8. After we mixedfilling, fill the tartlets with it. We take the finished base, put one spoonful of the filling there. After we filled the tartlets with the mixture, the final stage remains. We take pre-fried seafood and install it on top of the structure (you can put it vertically, but if you want, you can, in principle, put it on its side - this is already a matter of taste). Consumption: 1 piece per base.

With red caviar and shrimps

And for this festive recipe for shrimp tartlets, we need: ready-made store-bought bases, a jar of red caviar, 2-3 eggs, 200 grams of cheese, a pack of fresh-frozen shrimp (400 grams), half a glass of Provencal mayonnaise. And also dill to decorate the dish (twigs). Let's start cooking.

How to cook

  1. Shrimps need to be boiled - just a few minutes. Or just put in a colander and pour over plenty of boiling water. When they drain, we clean the seafood from the shell and tear off the heads with the insides.
  2. The eggs are hard boiled and finely grated.
  3. In the same way we rub the cheese (if you use cottage cheese, skip this step).
  4. Mix cheese with eggs and add mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly - until a thick mass is reached.
  5. In each of the tartlets put a spoonful of the mixture and make a small indentation in it.
  6. Bput half a spoonful of red caviar in this recess. And on top we place one or two shrimps prepared in advance (the quantity depends on the size of the tartlet, because they also come in different shapes and volumes).
  7. Top decorate with a small sprig of dill (or two).

With shrimp cream

And you can make a filling for shrimp tartlets in the form of a paste - using a blender. This dish is prepared extremely simply if the kitchen has this kitchen appliance. Especially if all the ingredients are prepared in advance.

How to

  1. Dip a pack of boiled-frozen seafood in boiling water and drain the water into a colander. Then clean and rinse.
  2. 4 hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut.
  3. We use soft curd cheese in the amount of 150 grams.
  4. Mix all of the above prepared ingredients into a blender bowl. There we crush a few cloves of garlic and put a little fresh dill.
  5. Turn on the device and beat into a homogeneous creamy mass. You can s alt and pepper (according to personal preference).
  6. We take ready-made store-bought tartlets and stuff them with the resulting shrimp cream. You can additionally decorate with a sprig of dill or red caviar - it will look great. And you can also bake in the oven a little extra.
