In this case, the liquid must be constantly stirred. To make the jelly strong enough, the amount of water should be reduced by 30% of what the manufacturer recommends.

In a clean, dry container, beat the eggs for a long time with a mixer until their volume doubles. At this time, sugar is added little by little.
