Most people are accustomed to the classic cheesecake, but if you like something new, then you may well try to diversify the usual treat, for example, with caramel or icing. To do this, you need to take any berry, pour water and simmer with sugar under the lid for about an hour (untilviscosity and density will appear), and when serving, pour this juice over the pie.

The step-by-step recipe for royal cheesecake itself is easy to prepare, but it is worth remembering that the more eggs you add to the filling, the more tender and airy, like a soufflé, it will turn out.

Also, don't be afraid to change the recipe for both the dough and the filling yourself, just don't forget about the proportions so as not to overdo it.

If your oven has a grill, you can use it for caramelization. To do this, you just need to sprinkle the cheesecake with sugar and turn on the grill in the last 5-7 minutes of cooking.
