We will start preparing the pie by turning on the oven and starting to mix the products forsauce. Place in a bowl pineapple syrup, cornstarch (four teaspoons), a tablespoon of molasses or its substitutes, two tablespoons of sugar, thirty grams of butter or margarine, one hundred grams of boiled cold water and lemon zest. Heat the mixture and, bringing to a boil, cook for five minutes. Set aside. Now we are preparing the dough directly, which will consist of a shifter. The cake does not require whipping. Mix two hundred grams of flour, two teaspoons of baking powder and cinnamon, pour sugar syrup from a glass of water and two tablespoons of sugar. Add vegetable oil (sixty grams), a spoonful of molasses.
Put the pineapple circles in a baking paper on baking paper, pour a quarter of the prepared sauce on top. Then pour the dough and, having leveled, bake for forty minutes. Turn the product over onto a dish and pour over the remaining sauce. In the same way, you can make a puff pastry upside-down pie. You just need to take into account a number of nuances. For example, thaw puff pastry beforehand. And also grease it with vegetable oil.
Apple Flip Cake with Chocolate
This is a lean recipe. The dough on it turns out juicy, with a rich chocolate aroma and sourness. You need to take one hundred grams of margarine (you can replace it with butter, but then the pastries will not be lean), a cup of sugar, four tablespoons of cocoa, a cup of crushed walnuts, a couple of tablespoons of sour jam (currant, plum), one hundred grams of strong tea, baking powder, three large apples, two tablespoons of sugar andcinnamon. Take a deep container and a mixer. Beat butter or margarine with sugar. When the mixture begins to resemble a lush white mass, add jam and tea to it, add cocoa and nuts. After a short beating, sift all the flour with baking powder into the resulting mass. Focus on the consistency of the dough - it should be thick, like for a cake. Flour may require a couple of glasses, or maybe a little more. Put the chopped apples into the mold, pour the dough. Bake for sixty minutes. Then invert onto a plate.
