For a crumbly shortcrust pastry that melts in your mouth, you will need 1 egg, 330 grams of wheat flour, 1 pack of butter (200 grams), 130 grams of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder (without a slide) and half a teaspoon vanilla essence (if you don't have it, you can replace it with a small bag of vanilla sugar).

Jam or marmalade is used for the layer. For the indicated amount of dough, 165 grams will be required. Top school cake is covered with fudge. To prepare it, you will need sugar - 500 grams, water - 150 ml, and lemon juice in the amount of 1 tablespoon.

Step one: make the base for the cake. Soften the butter with a fork and mix thoroughly with the egg, sugar, vanilla. Pour flour mixed with baking powder into the resulting mass.
