- a tablespoon of wheat flour;
- water.
Instead of meat, you can also use minced meat from both beef and a combination of two types of meat. The recipe for meat with mushrooms in a pot doesn't get any harder.
Cooking recipe: description
If you take minced meat, then it is initially thawed and fried in a pan. And then everything is similar to cooking a whole piece of meat.
The meat is cut into cubes about two centimeters thick. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, fry the pieces over high heat for a couple of minutes. Sour cream is diluted with a glass of water, poured into a pan with meat. Add s alt and any spices. Flour is also added to thicken the sauce. Mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Boil until everything thickens.
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. All s alt, mix, add finely chopped greens.
Mushrooms are washed, cut into slices, fried in a pan until half cooked, added to potatoes. A mixture of vegetables and mushrooms is laid out in pots, then everything is covered with sour cream and meat. Half the water is added to the pots, cheese is rubbed on top and sent to the oven for one hour. At the same time, the temperature is maintained at 180 degrees.

To do this, cut the onion into half rings, and the meat into medium-sized pieces. Add s alt and pepper to these ingredients. It is also worth breaking a couple of bay leaves, mix everything. In this form, the marinade should stand for an hour. You can also just beat the meat under the cling film, and then cut. But in the marinade, it turns out much more tender and aromatic.
Cooking meat with vegetables
Potatoes are peeled, cut into large pieces. It should stand out from the rest of the ingredients. Carrots are washed, peeled and cut into slices of medium thickness. Mushrooms are cut into slices. Tomatoes are cut into slices. Bell peppers get rid of seeds and legs, cut into cubes.
Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the pot, spread the beef with onions. Potatoes are added on top, sprinkled with s alt,put mushrooms. The next layer is carrots and bell peppers. The oven is heated to 170 degrees and the pots are placed in it. At first they are not covered with a lid so that the vegetables settle. And then they cook for about an hour and a half under the lid.
