First we need to prepare all the necessary products. As for meat, it is recommended to use pork or chicken fillet. Buckwheat is taken at the rate of 100 g per clay pot. We will also need the following ingredients: butter, ground pepper (red or black), a small carrot, bay leaves, s alt or onion.

Rinse the meat with tap water, and then cut it into small pieces, after removing all the bones. We take a frying pan, pour oil into it and put it on fire. We need to boil the meat (chicken or beef). To do this, lower it into a pot of cold water and wait until it boils. It is recommended to cook the meat a little, and pour the first broth into a separate bowl. After that, pour boiling water and cook until fully cooked. About 20 minutes before the end of the process, s alt, pepper, put the bay leaf and chopped onion.
