- half a teaspoon of pepper (a mixture of several peppers works best);
- 20 mg of vinegar.
The main ingredient is crushed with a special grater. Pour sugar, seasoning and a mixture of peppers. Then carefully pour in 9% vinegar and oil (it is not necessary to heat it). Garlic squeezed through a press will help to add spice. Everything is thoroughly mixed and put in the refrigerator for five hours.
Chernetelle salad with Korean carrots
- Boil two chicken breasts in s alted water and cut into thin strips, pickles (2 pieces) are chopped in the same way.
