It takes a minimum of time to prepare them. And the result is amazing - a delicious and low-calorie dessert on your table. Consider several recipes for strawberry dessert. One of the main ingredients is puff pastry. You can buy it in any supermarket, but it is better, of course, to use homemade dough.

Let's start preparing the dough. At the first stage, stir the yeast in warm water, add 1 tsp. Sahara. We send for 15 minutes in a warm place until a yeast “cap” forms. Stir.

Sift the flour onto a clean and dry table surface. Sprinkle s alt and a little sugar on it. We mix everything. To this add a few pieces of butter. If desired, the oil can be grated. Now the mixture needs to be chopped with a knife into crumbs.

Back to the yeast mixture. After it has risen, add the egg and pour in the milk. The resulting liquid mixturemust be poured into flour crumbs. And so that the yeast liquid does not spread all over the table, it is necessary to form a hole from the crumbs. Now knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth. What's next? The resulting dough must be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After that, you can start preparing dessert. We take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out and cut out small diamonds 5x5 cm in size.

Rinse the strawberries and remove the tails. Cut into cubes.

Sprinkle each dough rhombus with sugar. Place strawberries in the center. We fasten the edges so that the juice does not flow out. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Now lay out our diamonds. We bake for about 15 minutes. To make strawberry puffs tasty and crispy, they must be greased before baking. To do this, you can use an egg yolk with sugar or plain sweet water.

Recipe for making puff pastry puffs (no yeast)

For the filling we take strawberries and sugar in the same amount. We start preparing the dough. Pour flour onto the surface, spread the butter cut into pieces on top. Separately, mix s alt and sugar in cold water. Next, pour water into the flour with butter and begin to quickly knead the dough. The finished dough must be covered with a damp towel and put in the refrigerator. If you are not in a hurry to prepare dessert, then leave the dough all night. After we take out the dough and roll it out at least two times. Each time we addenvelope and roll out again.

If you do not cook puffs with strawberries immediately, then the dough can be sent to the refrigerator for a couple of days. Otherwise, it is better to store it in the freezer. Strawberry puff pastry puffs without yeast are prepared according to the same principle if you used puff pastry. The shape of the puffs can be different. It doesn't have to be diamonds. The main thing is to fasten them so that the filling does not leak out. So, lay out the filling, close the puff and send it to the oven for 15 minutes. Don't forget to brush the puffs with egg yolk.

Step number 1. Take 200 g of cottage cheese, mix with one bag of vanilla and 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. For those who are afraid to get better, sugar can be replaced with honey.

Step number 2. Cut the prepared berry into small cubes.

Step number 3. Roll out the dough into rectangles 3 mm thick. Cut the edges with a herringbone pattern.

Step number 4. In the middle of each rectangle, lay out the cottage cheese with strawberries. The edges of the dough must be closed alternately to make a pigtail. Top with yolk and send to the oven. Required ingredients:

  • 500g puff pastry;
  • frozen strawberries - no more than 30 berries;
  • 6 art. l. sugar;

  • starch;
