This salad will decorate your table. It is incredibly tender, juicy and fragrant. For its preparation we need:
- Chicken fillet 200 gr.
- Potato 100 gr.
- Prunes 100 gr.
- Carrot 100 gr.
- Walnuts 100 gr.
- S alt, pepper
- Light mayonnaise
- Ground paprika
- Olive oil
Chicken fillet wash and dry on a paper towel. Then season it with s alt, pepper and ground paprika, brush with olive oil and place in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put the chicken in it for half an hour. Meanwhile, wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in s alted water for 30-35 minutes. Pour boiling water over the prunes and cover with a lid to make it softer and juicier. When the chicken is baked, remove it from the oven, cool and cut into cubes. Cut carrots and potatoes into small pieces too. Do the same with prunes and walnuts. Put all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl and season with light mayonnaise. Delicious chicken salad is ready! It is best eaten with slices of brown bread or whole grain bread. If you are on a diet, then mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream with the addition of the juice of half a lemon, then this salad will become not only tasty, but also a dietary dish. However, it is very useful, because prunes and walnuts contain many vitamins and minerals, and lean chicken fillet is an excellent source of protein.
Salad "Tenderness" with chicken and mushrooms
This is the second version of the popular salad. It is much more satisfying than the previous recipe, which allows you to serve it not even as an appetizer, but as a full-fledged main course. To prepare the "Gentle" salad with chicken and mushrooms, we need:
- 200 gr. chicken fillet;
- 200 gr. pickled mushrooms;
- 100 gr. bow;
- 100 gr. potatoes;
- 100 gr. carrots;
- 2 eggs;
- mayonnaise;
- olive oil;
- s alt;
- pepper.
First, wash the chicken fillet, rub it with s alt, pepper and olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the chicken there for no more than half an hour, then it will turn out to be as juicy and soft as possible. In the meantime, wash and boil the potatoes and carrots until softened, about 40 minutes. Also boil two eggs. When the chicken is baked, cool it and cut into cubes. Grind all the ingredients so that the pieces are about the same size. This salad is better to make puff, then it can be better tasted. Put the potatoes in the first layer, then the carrots and brush with mayonnaise. Put chicken on mayonnaise, onion on top, and then pickled mushrooms and again a layer of mayonnaise. And at the very top there will be chopped eggs. You can first lay out the protein, and then crumble the yolk and decorate with sprigs of greens. Bon appetit!
