This recipe is similar to the previous one, with a few differences. It will require 2-2.5 kg of apples, preferably sweet varieties, as well as 3 medium lemons and 400 g of sugar. Squeeze juice from citrus fruits, and finely grate the zest (separately). Now - the very jam from apples. How to cook? Grind raw fruits into a puree mass on a grater or blender. Pour 100 g of sugar into lemon juice, mix. Add water and more sugar to a saucepan with juice in this proportion: half a glass of both for each glass of citrus drink. From all this, boil the syrup. Place a bowl of puree over medium heat and cook, pouring syrup into it, until the mass becomes thick. At the end of cooking, add lemon zest to apple jam (for winter or for quick consumption). You can also add some vanilla. The dessert will have an amazingly pleasant smell and the same wonderful taste.

Then add sugar, grated lemon and continue to cook until the desired consistency. Put in jars, twist.
