- five eggs;
- two cups of sugar;
- tablespoon of vinegar;
- a teaspoon of soda;
- four cups of flour;
- five tablespoons of jam;
- 50 grams of shelled walnuts.
To begin with, the eggs are separated into protein and yolk and the preparation of the dough begins. To do this, the yolks and a glass of sugar are combined and ground together. After introducing the oil, stir thoroughly. They put soda quenched with vinegar. Then pour flour in batches, knead with your hands. As a result, the dough should be soft, not sticky to your hands. The finished dough is divided into two parts, one blank is sent to the freezer.
