Boil the mass for twenty minutes. Then we put it in half-liter jars, add a clove of garlic to each, sterilize for 20 minutes and twist with an iron lid.
Pepper Lecho with tomato juice. The beauty of this recipe is that you don’t have to mess around with tomatoes, so it cooks much faster. For 3 liters of tomato juice, take bell pepper - 3.5 kg, onions - 1.5 kg, sugar, vinegar 9%, vegetable oil - 200 ml each, s alt - 1.5 tbsp. l. We mix the liquid ingredients and spices and heat them in a saucepan, then add the prepared vegetables and cook for about twenty minutes. We put it in banks, roll it up - and into a fur coat.
Snack is served cold and hot. In the second case, the components included in the recipe are cut and frozen in a bag. Then you just need to put the contents of the package in a pan and stew.
