Traditional recipe for lamb ribs in the oven
To prepare this dish you will need:
- 1 kilo ribs;
- 130 ml low-fat sour cream or mayonnaise;
- 70 ml tomato paste;
- 4 garlic cloves;
- 1 tbspspoonful of pepper mixture;
- a pinch of s alt.
Step 1. Meat prep
First, lamb ribs should be thoroughly washed and then kept in cold water for an hour.
In between, chop the garlic and chop the onion. The peeled onion must be cut into rings, which, in turn, are cut in half.
After that, the meat must be washed again. Next, placing the ribs in a deep bowl, you need to add mayonnaise (or sour cream, depending on the choice) to them and pour over the tomato paste. Then add pepper with s alt, pre-chopped garlic and chopped onion. Next, the contents of the bowl are mixed and spread on the meat. At the end of processing the product, cover the dishes with a lid and refrigerate for 2.5 hours. All this time the meat will marinate.
Step 2. Roasting
Before cooking meat, the oven must be preheated to 180 degrees. Now the dishes with meat are covered with foil (if it is not available, you can use a ceramic lid) and put in the oven at the middle level. After 70 minutes, remove the lid and, without changing the temperature, leave the meat to cook for an additional 20 minutes. During this period, it will be able to acquire a blush.

Recipe Lamb Ribs with Potatoes
To cook meat according to this recipe you need:
- ribs - 2 kilograms;
- large potatoes - 5 tubers;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- rosemary - two branches;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- s alt, pepper, spices.
Step 1. Meat processing
This recipe should start with a description of the process of pickling meat. To do this, mix s alt, pepper, rosemary, olive oil and fresh juice of half a lemon. The resulting mixture should be spread on the chopped ribs, then refrigerate for 60 minutes.
Step 2. Cooking garnish

For cooking meat according to this reciperequired:
- 1 kilo ribs;
- chili;
- 1 sprig or 1 teaspoon basil;
- zucchini;
- 1 kg potatoes.
Attention! If there is no chili pepper on hand, you can use hot adjika (a couple of spoons).
Step 1. Preparing meat and garnish
Lamb ribs must be cut into pieces, then greased with pepper or adjika and s alt.
Peel the potatoes and rinse. Cut the tubers in half.
Cut the zucchini into round pieces.
Step 2. Cooking
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet. Potatoes, zucchini and basil are laid out on top of it. Place ribs on top.
Place the dish in the oven and lower the temperature to 150 degrees. Bake the meat for 120 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of frying, increase the temperature to 250 degrees. This will allow the ribs to brown.

Mix herbs with olive oil. Spread over chopped lamb ribs, which are then placed in the refrigerator to marinate for two hours.
At this time, peel the potatoes, wash and cut into circles. Also peel eggplant and carrots. Cut vegetables into slices, onion into half rings.
After two hours, take the ribs out of the fridge. Then fry them in a frying pan over medium heat. It is necessary to separately fry the onion, chopped vegetables, onion and garlic with pepper.
Step 2. Cooking

- 1 lemon;
- s alt,pepper.
Step 1. How to marinate meat
Cut the ribs and put in a deep bowl. Add basil, pepper, s alt and lemon juice. Marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour. After that, fry the meat until a crust appears on it. It is necessary to fry on high heat. At the end of frying, put the ribs on the foil.
Step 2. Preparing vegetables and roasting
Chop the onion and parsley finely and sprinkle over the ribs. Cut the tomatoes into rings and spread around the meat on foil. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and cover with foil.
