Ingredients for cooking:

  • three onions;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • mint bunch;
  • three tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil;
  • allspice and s alt;
  • lemon.

Cooking meat in a lemon-spicy marinade

The preparation of the marinade will take no more than ten minutes, and it can safely be called fast.

  1. Garlic must be pressed through a press, pour vegetable oil.
  2. Finely chop the mint, send it to the garlic, squeeze the lemon juice there.
  3. Cut the meat into portions, s alt and pepper.
  4. Cut the onion into rings, add to the meat. Next, you need to crush the meat with onions with your hands so that the juice appears.

The minus of the recipe is a long pickling, about 12 hours. But this time is worth the result! Try this delicious dish at least once.

Ingredients:

  • kilogram of lamb;
  • liter of kefir of any fat content;
  • sprig of rosemary;
  • a bunch of parsley, the same amount of dill;
  • three onions;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • s alt and ground pepper - any.

Absolutely any lamb meat, even an adult male, will fit for such pickling. Soaking is not necessary, kefir and herbs will save the meat from a specific smell. So if you bought "fragrant" meat, then take note of this recipe!

Cooking lamb in kefir marinade

Each time you cook lamb, be sure to remove all the fat, even if you cook yarka or lamb. All the unpleasant smell is concentrated in the fat, throw it away without hesitation!

  1. Once the meat has been cooked, cut it into thin steaks - 2, 5 or 3 centimeters thick. You can lightly beat off the meat, so it will turn out even softer. Be sure to wash the pieces and then dry them.
  2. Onions need to be peeled, then passed through a meat grinder, or chopped in a blender.
  3. Mix kefir, onion gruel, chopped rosemary, parsley, garlic. S alt andadd pepper or any of your favorite seasonings.
  4. Grate each piece of lamb with the marinade, then soak in it. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours. It is better not to shorten the marinating time, but you can keep it longer.
  5. On each side, lamb should be grilled for only 5-6 minutes. This will be enough for the meat to be fried inside, and a beautiful, fragrant crust forms on top.

Serve hot, with or without any sauce. Garnish at your discretion, or you can do without it at all!
