Themselves "pancakes" are prepared in the same way as described in the very first recipe. If desired, you can replace the semolina with flour - then the onion pancakes will acquire a denser structure, which is important when stewing in sauce. The tortillas are fried until golden and set aside.

For gravy, a medium onion is finely chopped and a small carrot is rubbed. Of these, roasting is done in a completely traditional way, tomato paste (4-5 large spoons) interferes with it, the sauce is s alted and peppered at its discretion and flavored with sugar to eliminate unnecessary sourness. A little greenery is cut into the gravy - onion feathers and parsley. Next, we simmer the massfive minutes. Then pancakes are placed in the sauce for ten minutes, the fire is turned down to the quietest - and you can set the table.

Recipe for onion fritters without fast foods

People are avoiding animal products not only to stay slim, but also while fasting. In this case, the above cooking methods are not suitable because the recipes contain eggs. For those who are fasting, another method will come in handy. In a glass of warm water, two tablespoons of sugar and a spoonful of instant yeast (dry) are diluted. They are left for a quarter of an hour right on the kitchen table until a lush foam cap is formed. The onion is grated or finely chopped. For spice, you can add a couple of garlic cloves to it. A glass of flour is sifted, a recess is made in the hill, into which yeast, onions, chopped parsley and three tablespoons of vegetable oil are introduced. The dough is kneaded until smooth and left under a towel to rise.

Onion pancakes are baked according to the standard method. If you want denser cakes, increase the dose of flour, and if you want tender "pancakes", then add more onions.

Based on the proposed onion fritters, you can come up with other lean recipes, for example, add onions with cabbage or carrots. And with other vegetables, experiments are allowed that will give excellent (and tasty!) Results.
