The result is a puff cake, the top of which we grease with vegetable oil and decorate with a whole nut. We bake no more than half an hour.
Syrup: grated zest, lemon juice, honey and sugar combine. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 7-10 minutes. Remove the halva and pour the resulting honey-lemon syrup, put in the oven for another ten minutes.
