  • 550g beef;
  • s alt;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 glasses of water;
  • three tablespoons (tablespoons) of tomato paste;

How to cook goulash with rice

The first stage of cooking is roasting the meat. We put the pan on the fire, add oil to it and heat it up. Rinse beef, cut into small cubes. We send the meat to the pan, add ground pepper, spices and s alt. Fry the meat on medium heat for about 10 minutes. When the moisture has completely evaporated, add a little more oil, increase the heat under the dishes. Fry until a delicious golden crust appears on the pieces.

You will also need vegetables to make goulash with rice. Carrots must be peeled, chopped with a knife into small cubes. Onions are also peeled, washed and cut into half rings. Now, in a separate bowl, fry the vegetables until half cooked. We transfer them to the pan, where the meat is fried. We mix. Add flour and fry again. Medium fire.

When the flour darkens a little, you can add tobroth or water. We send here the bay leaf and tomato paste. Close the pan with a lid and simmer for about 70 minutes. Sour cream is added a few minutes before the end of cooking.

  • s alt;
  • spoon of tomato paste;
  • half teaspoon ground red pepper;

  • two cucumbers;

  • spoon of dry adjika;
  • vegetable oil;
  • a spoonful of flour;
  • a teaspoon of sugar;
  • a glass of rice.

How to cook

This rice goulash recipe is just as easy to make as the first option. The first step is to fry the pork. Do not forget to rinse the meat well and get rid of the veins and excess fat. Diced pork is fried with the addition of s alt, pepper and dry adjika until an appetizing crust appears. When the meat is almost ready, add coarsely chopped onions to it. Fry for another five minutes.

Now add all the other ingredients: flour, tomato paste, bay leaf,sugar, red ground pepper. We mix. After frying everything together, add water or broth. Cover the pan with a lid, simmer for 30 minutes. Pork cooks much faster than beef.

Goulash is served with rice, so the preparation of cereals goes along with meat. My rice, pour into a saucepan, add water, put on a slow fire, cook until tender.
