After add powdered sugar to the butter and beat the mass for about 15 minutes, adding milk in small portions.

Cream on syrup

Chocolate ganache

Chocolate cupcakes are one of the most popular types of mini cakes. There are different recipes for their preparation. However, we want to offer a classic chocolate ganache recipe. This is not an ordinary cream: since it is liquid, it is not used to make decorations for baking. It is used to water pastries.

Ingredients:

  • dark chocolate (requires a quality product with at least 62% cocoa, 180g);
  • st. l. sugar;
  • fat cream (190 ml).

All the ingredients - sugar, cream and chocolate - are placed in a container, which we send to a water bath. We heat the products until completely dissolved. In this case, it is necessary to ensure that the mass does not boil. Pour the cupcakes on top with plenty of ganache, after which we send them to the refrigerator for several hours. The cream should set.

Chocolate mini cakes

We offer a recipe for a real chocolate cupcake. These cakes will impress the real sweet tooth. The dough for baking is tender and chocolatey. The piquancy of the biscuit is given by red wine.

Ingredients:

  • brown sugar (190 g),
  • butter (75 g),
  • egg,
  • sugar (70 g),
  • yolk,
  • a glass of flour,
  • ch. l. vanilla essence,
  • red wine (170 ml),

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder,

All ingredients must be at room temperature before cooking. In a container, mix two types of sugar, add butter, and then beat with a mixer for several minutes. Next, we introduce the yolk and the egg, beat again until the components mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix the products - cocoa, flour, s alt, baking powder. Sift all the ingredients together through a sieve directly into our dough. Stir the mixture with a spatula. Here we add wine and essence. We fill the molds with the finished mass by about 2/3. Bake cupcakes for no more than 15 minutes. Readiness of baking, as usual, we check with a wooden toothpick. If it remains dry, then the cupcakes are ready. It is necessary to allow the finished baking to stand for several minutes in the molds and only then transfer to the wire rack. These cupcakes are delicious without cream decoration. However, they can be topped with mascarpone cream, chocolate ganache or cream cheese cream.

Banana Dessert

Banana cupcakes are a delicious dessert. By the way, any pastry with bananas always turns out delicious and fragrant.

Ingredients:

  • sugar (140 g),
  • ch.l. baking powder,
  • a little s alt,
  • flour (125 g),
  • egg,
  • soda (1/2 tsp),
  • milk (120 ml),
  • bananas (110 g),
  • vanilla essence,
  • butter (60 g).

We take two containers. In one, mix soda, s alt, flour and baking powder, and in the second, knead the banana pulp with a fork, add milk, ghee, egg, vanillin. Beat the resulting mass with a mixer.

Tiramisu

Tiramisu cream can be used to fill cupcakes.

  • fat cream (170 ml),
  • sugar (40 g).
