For this we needthe following ingredients: one kilogram of small apples, juice of one lemon, four egg whites, 120 grams of powdered sugar, three tablespoons of Benedictine liqueur. As you understand, the name of the mousse comes from the name of the liquor. And now we offer a way to get a delicious apple mousse. Recipe, step by step, in front of you:
- Wash fruits, peel, divide into four parts and remove the core. We put it in a large saucepan, pour in half a liter of water and cook for 20 minutes. After the apples have become soft, remove from heat and discard in a colander.
- Chop the boiled fruit to a puree state and put it in a saucepan, preferably deep, put it on a small fire and dry it for about seven minutes. Then add powdered sugar, beat the mixture with a whisk and remove from heat. Let it cool down.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon. We place lump sugar in a saucepan, pour half a glass of water and put on a small fire. After the syrup turns white, add lemon juice, stir and pour the resulting caramel into molds.
- Whip the whites into a fluffy foam and add the cooled apple puree to it. Now pour in the liquor and stir very gently.
- Mousse is laid out in forms, put in a third-filled deep baking sheet and sent to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. We cook for 40 minutes, after which we take out the baking sheet and, after cooling, take out the mousse from the molds. Done!
Complicated but delicious recipe for tender apple mousse
In this recipe we addexcept for apples, biscuits, dried fruits and seasonal strawberries. It turns out not only tasty, but also satisfying. In order to prepare this apple mousse, we need: 400 grams of Golden apples, 50 grams of butter, two tablespoons of brown sugar, eight grams of vanilla, 40 ml of cognac, 10 pieces of walnuts, 200 ml of 35% cream, 70 grams condensed milk, 50 grams of pitted prunes, four pieces of lemon balm, half a lemon, 150 grams of strawberries, the same amount - shortbread cookies.
For cookies: 90 grams of butter, 90 grams of granulated sugar, 125 grams of flour, a quarter teaspoon of s alt. Cookies, by the way, can be bought in the store and are quite good, but we will make them ourselves.
Cooking our own mousse cookies
The ingredients for the cookie recipe were given above. It remains only to turn them into a ready-made dish, and only then we will continue to make apple mousse. Beat butter with granulated sugar with a mixer until a light, light mass is obtained. After that, reduce its speed and add s alt along with flour. We spread the resulting dough on food film, form a rectangle two centimeters thick, wrap it and put it in the refrigerator for two hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Finely chop the lemon balm and prunes, squeeze the juice from the lemon. Now add lemon juice, lemon balm and prunes to the cooled puree.

Now we offer a recipe for how to cook apple mousse with gelatin. As we already know, in order to prepare such a dish, fruit purees, dried berries and fruits, jams or jams are used. Beating them with a mixer or a whisk, we get a delicacy with foamy, tenderconsistency. In order to keep the shape of the dish better, semolina or gelatin is added to it. We will now use the first option. We will need: fresh apples - 250 grams, gelatin - 15 grams, granulated sugar - three-quarters of a glass, a pestle, gauze and various utensils that you are supposed to have.
