First, mix warm water with sugar, stir to dissolve. Put the yeast, stir again and let stand for five to ten minutes. Separately mix flour, s alt and one egg. Then add a mixture of water and yeast, mix thoroughly. Dilute first with 100 ml of water or milk, beat. If necessary, add the remaining 50 ml of water. Knead the dough well. Then baked in any convenient way.
Sweet Rice Dough Cookies
For this recipe, you can take ready-made flour, or you can cook it yourself. This will require about 125 grams of white rice. It is sent to a dry frying pan and, stirring, is fried. It should remain white, slightly warm. Due to the heat, the structure of the grains changes, which makes it easy to grind.
After that, the heated rice is ground. You can use a coffee grinder or a blender. Then the resulting flour is sifted through a sieve to get rid of large pieces. As a result, about one hundred grams of flour should come out.

- 90 grams of powdered sugar;
- three small egg yolks;

It is noteworthy that the finished dough is stored in the freezer for about a month, which allows you to immediately make a large portion for the future.

The dough is collected into a ball, crushed into a layer, covered with cling film and put in the refrigerator for two hours. Then it is taken out, kept at room temperature for about ten minutes, this allows it to roll out, and not crumble. Gently roll into a layer. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters. It is better to make it larger, as the dough is quite capricious.
The finished cookies are spread on a baking sheet greased with butter and cooked for about fifteen minutes. At the same time, the oven is heated to 150 degrees.
