After 25 minutes, pour in the melted margarine, s alt and sugar. Then slowly add the remaining flour. Knead a smooth dough without lumps, sprinkle it with flour and leave it warm. As soon as the dough "fits", it is necessary to divide it into small pieces and form buns. We lay out the buns on a baking sheet and let them rest like this for about 7 minutes. Next, grease the buns with an egg, sprinkle with nuts and sugar.
Bake until tender in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Orange buns
This is a great variant of tasty simple products. In this recipe, the buns are airy and fluffy, and a crispy citrus crust forms on top of them.
You will need the following products:
- 0, 3 kg sifted flour;
- 3 tbsp. l. orange peel;
- 3 spoons of granulated sugar;
- 150g margarine;
- a pinch of s alt;
- 10g dry or fresh yeast;
