For the sauce, fry flour in butter, add sour cream and then mix everything well until the lumps disappear. Add pepper, s alt and grated nutmeg to taste. Divide the dough into 5 pieces and roll each piece thinly with a rolling pin. Put the first sheet of dough in a greased form, on itstuffing of fried mushrooms and onions, then sauce and cheese. And so lay out all five sheets with the filling, do not forget to pour sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Send to the oven until cooked.
For lovers of spice - ham or smoked meats

Simmer until the liquid has evaporated so that the mixture remains thick. S alt and pepper, add Italian herbs. Prepare the bechamel sauce as described above. Place the diced ham or sausage in a separate bowl. Place the lasagna sheets in an oiled ovenproof dish. Next, put half of the vegetable filling and half of the ham. Pour over the sauce, grate the cheese on top. So alternate sheets and stuffing. The top layer, covered with a leaf, should be sprinkled with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
With pieces of meat

After that, pour in a little water and wine, simmer until the minced meat is ready. Prepare the béchamel sauce (as described earlier). Boil lumakoni in s alted water until tender. Put them in a pre-greased form, fill each with stuffing on top. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. It only takes half an hour in the oven and a colorful Mexican-style dish is ready!
Sweet apple lasagne for the kids
