- 8 chicken drumsticks;
- 500 g fresh champignons;
- 150g cheese;

Cooking
Chicken drumsticks thoroughly rinse underrunning water and pat dry. If you are not a fan of the skin, remove it. Lay the drumsticks on a clean, dry waffle towel and pat dry.
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Put the chicken in a deep bowl, season with onion and mayonnaise. S alt a little, since mayonnaise is quite s alty on its own, add your favorite spices for a great marinade. If desired, a little soy sauce diversifies the taste, but you need to be extremely careful with s alt with it.
Toss the chicken drumsticks in this sauce and marinate covered for a few hours.
Get the rest of the ingredients ready. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, dry them, like the drumsticks, on a towel and cut into thin slices.

The potatoes will serve as the first layer in our dish, so take an ovenproof dish, lay the whole bottom with potato slices, s alt and add a glass of water - about 200 ml.
The next step is the mushroom pillow. Spread fresh sliced champignons on top of the potatoes, evenly distributing them.
Place on top comfortably, so that everything fits, chicken drumsticks.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Put the mold in the oven and mark for half an hour.
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. If you prefer mozzarella, cut it into large rounds. After half an hour, put the cheese on the chicken and put it on for another 20 minutes, lowering the degree a little.

These beautiful legs are served as a separate, independent dish. They do not need addition, potatoes and mushrooms play the role of an excellent side dish. Oh, what a combination, especially with a cheese crust.

Cooking

Cut the peeled onion into quarters. Peel the carrots as well and cut into thin slices. Pay much more attention to mushrooms, wash them, carefully inspect and clean, cutthin slices.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes so that they are well baked in a bag in the oven with chicken legs and mushrooms. Rinse cabbage and cut in half.
Mix vegetables and mushrooms in one bowl and drizzle generously with unscented vegetable oil. Flavor the ingredients with spices, s alt, fresh and dried herbs. Stir ingredients to evenly coat with oil.
Put the ingredients into the cooking sleeve, distribute the mixture evenly in the sleeve, forming a kind of pillow. Put the chicken on top of it and tie the sleeve.
Put everything on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 50 minutes, bake at 200 degrees. After 50 minutes, cut the sleeve and bake the dish in the oven for another 5 minutes.
