This dish will be especially spicy if you take not only a fresh vegetable, but also sauerkraut for its preparation. It will give a slight sourness and perfectly emphasize the taste of beef or pork. For a large meal for the whole family you will need:

  • half a kilo of beef or pork fillet;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 400g sauerkraut and 800g fresh (about half a large fork);
  • a few tablespoons of natural tomato paste;
  • meat spices, s alt and some laurelleaves.

Chop the onion finely and put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Saute until transparent, then add the meat fillet cut into small cubes. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the sauerkraut. Tip: If pickled vegetables are too acidic, put them in a colander and rinse under running water before cooking. Close the pan with a lid and simmer the dish for a quarter of an hour over medium heat, remembering to stir occasionally. Then put in fresh cabbage, as well as tomato paste and cook until the meat is tender. Depending on its quality, this may take an hour and a half. At the very end, add bay leaves to the dish, s alt and sprinkle with spices with care. Turn off the heat and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes. Stewed cabbage, the recipe of which is so simple, will be a great dish for dinner. It should be served hot, served with a light green salad or simply sliced seasonal vegetables. Of course, you can use only fresh cabbage for this dish, but sauerkraut will give it a special piquancy - try this combination, you will definitely like it.

And you can cook vegetables as follows, take:

  • half a kilo of skinless and boneless chicken fillet;
  • a small 100g piece of smoked brisket;
  • 50-70 g of any processed cheese - Viola, Hochland or any other will do;
  • 200 g fresh champignons;
  • half a small head of cabbage;
  • an onion, a couple of cloves of garlic and spices.

Cut the brisket into strips and fry in a small amount of oil, the fat should be rendered from it. Add finely chopped onion to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes. Then put the chicken fillet cut into cubes and lightly fry it - the pieces should turn white. Then add the mushrooms - if they are large enough, they must first be cut into several pieces, small specimens can be put whole. Simmer the mixture for no more than five minutes, and then lay out the chopped cabbage. By the way, if you want the vegetable to turn out especially juicy, after cutting it, lightly s alt it and remember with your hands. After the cabbage is fried a little, add cheese to the pan, pour in a third of a glass of water and cook over low heat for a quarter of an hour, or a little more. S alt and sprinkle with spices to taste. Stewed cabbage (recipe with cheese and chicken) will be very tasty hot, so after cooking, immediately serve the dish to the table. For flavor, finely chopped or squeezed garlic can be added to each serving.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, and then sauté in vegetable oil until soft, then add carrots and other vegetables - cabbage should be put last. Cover and bring to readiness - after 20 minutes the dish can be served at the table. And you can cook a dish even easier, for example, stewed cabbage is cooked very quickly, the recipe of which involves stewing with cream in the microwave. For it you will need:

  • half a kilo of cauliflower;
  • 150 g of any cheese;
  • some milk, 100 ml heavy cream and spices.

Divide the cabbage into inflorescences, put in a mold and cook at full power for 2 minutes. Then pour in the cream and milk, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for another 8 minutes. Try it - if the vegetables are still firm, cook the dish a little more. Whichever recipe you choose, you will have a delicious and easy dinner for the whole family.
