Metal water is the key to good he alth. In places where it can be found in natural conditions, there are the largest number of centenarians. After all, it contains practically no impurities, including deuterium, which can be poisonous if present in high concentrations.

The benefits of this water are undeniable. But there are some nuances in the use of life-giving moisture. Thus, numerous studies conducted by employees of the Medical Institute and the Research Institute of Occupational He alth and Occupational Diseases (Donetsk) showed that the use of melt water guarantees the maximum effect only if the water is fresh. During the study, it turned out that it is impossible to heat recently thawed water: when the temperature rises (more than + 37 ° C), it loses its biological activity. The water content at room temperature greatly prolongs this process. With this thermal regime, melt water loses half of its useful properties after only 16-18 hours.

The desire to live a full life as long as possible is quite feasible with the help of melt water, you just need to master its preparation. There cannot be much melt water. After all, each family member needs to drink 2 liters every day.

Preparation of melt water

To get melted water without leaving home, you need to know how to prepare structured water. At home, it will not be difficult to make it.

Method 1

Place the water in a suitable container in the freezer. After some time, take out this container and remove the first crust of ice with "heavy" water containing deuterium. Return the dishes. Then periodically check the freezing process. Water should turn into ice by 2/3 of its volume. The liquid that has not had time to freeze must be drained: in it, according to experts, there is all the "chemistry" and impurities. The remaining ice should thaw at room temperature. The resulting liquid is the so-called protium water. It is the most beneficial for the body. 80% purified from impurities and containing the optimal amount of calcium, water must be consumed within a day.

Method 2

stock uptime, because in order to prepare living water by this method, it will take more than a day. But the result is worth it. Put the water on the fire, but do not bring it to a boil (about 95 ° C will be enough). The fact that the water has heated up to the desired temperature is easily determined by small bubbles that begin to rise from the bottom of the pan to the surface. After that, remove it from the heat and try to cool very quickly. You can, for example, put in a container of a much larger volume, which must be filled with very cold water. Place well-chilled water in the freezer. After it turns into ice, remove and defrost. The preparation of melt water in this way allows the liquid to go through all the stages of the natural cycle: evaporation, cooling, freezing and thawing.

Method 3

Preparation of melt water by this method is not as long as in the previous case. Place a container of filtered water in the refrigerator. After a while, look into the freezer. As soon as an ice crust appears, remove it and discard it. So you get rid of the deuterium that freezes in the first place. Wait a few hours and look at the water again. If it has turned to ice completely, remove and rinse the ice with cold water, which will wash away all harmful impurities from it. Wait for the clear ice to melt and drink to your he alth!

Now you know how to prepare living water at home and start the path to he alth and longevity.
