The Mexican way involves drinking white tequila with sangrita. This is the name of a spicy sour drink, for the preparation of which tomatoes, lime and orange, chili and s alt are used. Because of the blood-red color of sangrita, it got its name, which in translation into Russian means “blood”. To enjoy the taste of Mexican tequila, you should cook sangrita. This will require ingredients such as:

• tomato juice;
• lime juice;
• orange juice;
• tabasco sauce or salsa "Valentina" (you can also use a mixture of both).

Juices are taken in a ratio of 5:2:1 respectively, sauces add a small spoon per serving. Mixing all the ingredients, get the traditional Mexican sangrita. However, you can use a more modern recipe that does not contain tomatoes.

Requiredingredients:

• glass of orange juice;
• glass of lime juice;
• ½ cup pomegranate juice;
• spicy Tabasco sauce or a little ground chili or cayenne pepper;
• jalapeno circle.

Grenadine can be added as an additional component. After preparing the sangrita, put it in the refrigerator for a while to cool the drink.

Mexican tequila is drunk like this: alcohol is poured into piles, drunk completely, and then washed down with chilled sangrita. If you wish, you can put the so-called Mexican flag on the table: a stack of white tequila, sangrita and lime juice. Drinks are drunk in turn in the specified sequence. Each component has a shade of one of the colors of the state flag: white, red and green.

It's easy to drink tequila the American way. The procedure is as follows:

1. Sprinkle a little s alt on the area of the palm between the index finger and thumb. You can pre-lick the skin so that the spice does not crumble.
2. A pre-cut lime slice is taken in the same hand, it must be held with the thumb and forefinger.

• "Tequila boom". This cocktail is very popular with young people. For its preparation, strong alcohol and sparkling water are mixed in equal quantities.
