The resulting dough is poured into silicone molds so that they are no more than a quarter filled. Spread half a teaspoon of jam on top. Then a little more dough is poured into the molds and sent to the oven. Sour cream variant
According to this recipe, you can cook a delicious homemade dessert relatively quickly and without any hassle. In this case, you will need a set of products that is fundamentally different from the previous version. Therefore, before you start working with the dough, be sure to make sure that you have in your kitchen:
- Half a glass of blackcurrant jam.
- One hundred and eighty grams of margarine.
- A glass of sour cream and granulated sugar.
- Pair of chicken eggs.
- About one and a half cups of flour.
- Half teaspoon baking soda.

Cooking technology
In a deep bowl combine sugar, raw eggs and pre-softened margarine. Everything is beaten well with a mixer. Sour cream, soda and pre-sifted wheat flour are added to the resulting mass. Everything is thoroughly mixed until smooth.
In molds, greased with vegetable oil, spread one tablespoon of the resulting dough. A little currant jam is placed on top. After that, the molds are again filled with a small amount of dough and sent to the oven. Kefir variant
This is a very simple and affordable dessert. For its preparation, expensive scarce components are not needed. To bake a delicious and tender cake on kefir with jam, the recipe of which can be seen below, you should have at your disposal:
- Two chicken eggs.
- A couple of cups of wheat flour.
- Two-thirds of a glass of sugar.
- Half teaspoon baking soda.
- Two hundred milliliters of kefir.
- Teaspoon of baking powder.
- Half a glass of vegetable oil and any jam.
Process Description
Eggs are beaten with sugar and combined with kefir. Everything is well mixed. Then vegetable oil is poured into the resulting mass and againbeat with a mixer.
