  • be sure to pay attention to freshness, color and smell;
  • if such cottage cheese is used when preparing the royal cheesecake according to the recipe from this article, the product must be rubbed at least twice with a sieve.

Sugar must be added to the prepared cottage cheese. You can use standard crystalline sugar. However, the best option would be to use powdered sugar.

Baking process

Since this is a recipe for a royal cheesecake in the oven, it is necessary to prepare a deep and round shape. To do this, the bottom of the dishes used is covered with parchment, which prevents the cake from sticking to the walls of the mold. This will also allow you to quickly and easily remove the finished pastry.

Next, you need to divide the mixture of flour and margarine into two parts. The third part is set aside separately. In the future, it will be used for the top of the pie. The remaining crumb is placed in a baking dish. Now it is necessary to form a base of the same thickness from it. This is achieved due to its uniform distribution along the bottom and walls of the mold.

Now the curd mixture for the filling is laid out on the prepared base, which must be leveled. After leveling, the filling layer is sprinkled with crumbs set aside earlier.

It is necessary to preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Upon reaching the required temperature, the cake is placed inside for 40 minutes. As soon as the specified time has elapsed, it is necessary to carefully pierce the cheesecake with a match. If it is dry, the cake is ready.

In order for the cake not to burn during cooking, it is necessary to grease the multicooker bowl with butter. In order not to make a mistake with the height of the cake, it is recommended to spread the butter to a level of about 3 centimeters from the bottom.

Now, as in the previous recipe for royal cheesecake, you need to divide the crumb prepared in advance into two parts: 2/3 and 1/3. Most of the crumbs are placed on the bottom of the multicooker bowl and evenly distributed over the entire surface. In this case, it is necessary to lightly tamp the resulting base and form edges of approximately 2.5 cm in height. Don't go higher as the final cake may look very sloppy.

Next, in the resulting base, you need to place the prepared curd filling. It is necessary to ensure that the placed and aligned filling does not go beyond the previously formed sides.

To complete the preparation, you needplace the remaining crumb on the already leveled filling. The best option is to gently and evenly sprinkle the surface of the cake.

Baking

Now the bowl with the prepared cheesecake is placed in the multicooker itself. It is necessary to cook the dish using the "Baking" mode with a standard time interval of 50 minutes or an hour. At the same time, the multicooker can independently set the time intended for this cooking mode.

At the end of cooking, remove the bowl with the pie from the multicooker and leave to cool completely. It is recommended to leave the dish to cool for a couple of hours. Due to the fact that it will cool down rather slowly, the cheesecake will not fall off. After the cake has completely cooled, it can be removed from the bowl. To do this, just turn the bowl over onto a pie stand or onto the stand that comes with the multicooker, and then place it on a dish. Then decorate as you wish.
