- mushrooms - 250 grams.
Cooking process:
- First, sift the flour into a bowl, make a small hole in the center, beat in two eggs, pour in the oil.
- Then s alt everything and beat the mixture thoroughly, gradually add flour, while stirring. The result should be a homogeneous dough. Put it on a cutting board, which should be sprinkled with flour in advance. Knead the dough for fifteen minutes.
- Then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Now start preparing the stuffing. To do this, take mushrooms and onions, cut them finely.
- Next, melt the butter in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and vegetables, fry until the liquid evaporates. Then let cool and season with s alt and pepper.
- Now go back to the test again. Roll it out into 2 thin rectangular sheets. Put the filling on one, while brushing the empty parts with an egg, then cover everything with a second layer. Press firmly.
- Next, cut the ravioli into desired shape with a knife.
- Put a pot of water on the fire, lower the finished products into it. Boil after surfacing for 10 min.
Panna cotta
When considering Italian dishes, one cannot help but rememberabout sweet foods. Panna cotta is a delicate dessert made from gelatin, cream, vanilla and sugar.
For its preparation you will need:
- milk and cream - one glass each;
- zest of 1 lemon;
- chocolate balls (for decoration);
- sugar - half a glass;
- vanilla sugar - one teaspoon;
- fresh-frozen strawberries - 250 grams;
- gelatin - 8 grams (about 1 tablespoon).
Start cooking:
- Soak gelatine in cold water first.
- After it swells, put it in a water bath.
- Next, combine cream and sugar (2 tablespoons), zest and vanilla sugar. Heat the mass on fire to 80 degrees.
- Then take it off the heat and add the gelatin. Mix thoroughly.
- Now take the molds and pour the mass into them. Then refrigerate for three to four hours.
- To make the sauce, first defrost the strawberries. Then grind it with a blender. How much sugar to add? Choose for yourself, depending on how sweet your berries are. Leave a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Make powder out of them.
- Now remove the desserts from the molds, turn on a plate, pour over the sauce, then decorate with chocolate balls and powder.
Caprese salad
This dish got its name from the island of Capri. This dish is not only delicious, but also patriotic, because each ingredient symbolizes one of the colors of the Italian flag.
Forcooking we need:
- olive oil - 2 tbsp;
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- s alt;
- basil leaves;
- cherries - 7 pcs;
- mozzarella.
Cooking:
- Rinse and dry the basil leaves. Do the same with tomatoes.
- Then cut the cherry into slices.
- Slice fresh mozzarella.
- Now spread the salad: first the basil in a circle, then on the cherry leaves and cheese.
- Finish the dish with s alt, spices and pepper.
- Then drizzle with vinegar and oil. The dish is ready to eat.
Tiramisu
You can't describe Italian food without mentioning tiramisu. This is one of the most popular desserts, not only in Italy, but all over the world.

Required for cooking:
- sugar - 200 grams;
- cookies "Savoyardi" - 400 grams;
- cream (35% fat) - 500 ml;
- bitter chocolate - 25 grams;
- Espresso coffee - 200 ml;
- mascarpone - 500 grams;
- eggs - ten pieces;
- cocoa powder;
- cognac - 30 grams.
Preparing dessert:
- First, separate the yolks from the whites. In the future, we will not use proteins.
- Next, beat the yolks with sugar (it should completelydissolve). Then add the mascarpone to this mixture and mix (do this carefully).
- Whipping cream separately. Then carefully pour them into the cream.
- Add sugar (1 tablespoon) and cognac to coffee.
- Now collect the dessert. Put the cream into the glass, then the cookies dipped in coffee. Then add another layer of cream and cookies. The last layer should also be cream.
- Decorate with chocolate chips and cocoa powder. Place the dish in the refrigerator for seven or more hours.
Meat lasagna
If we talk about popular Italian dishes, then lasagna comes to mind first of all. This dish is traditional for the city of Bologna.
Required for cooking:
- tomato paste - 200 grams;
- sausage - 500 grams;
- greens (basil, parsley, etc.);
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- minced meat (preferably beef) - 500 grams;
- sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- Parmesan cheese - 200 grams;
- plates (sheets) of lasagna - 12 pcs.;
- tomatoes (mashed) - 1 can;
- fresh nutmeg;
- ricotta cheese - 500 grams;
- chopped onion - 100 grams.
Start cooking:
- In a deep frying pan place sausage, minced meat, onion, garlic. Fry until the meat turns brown.
- Then add sugar, tomato paste, tomatoes, spices, herbs and water (half a cup). Then mix and leave to boil over low heat inwithin an hour.
- Take the lasagne plates, put in hot water for 15 minutes.
- Grate the ricotta cheese, add ½ nutmeg, egg, herbs and mix.
- Pour 1/3 of the meat sauce into a special mold. Place 6 soaked lasagne sheets on top of it.
- Spread cheese mixture on top. Then sprinkle with 1/3 Parmesan (grated).
- Next, repeat the same with another layer: meat sauce, plates (6 pcs.), cheese sauce, parmesan.
- Third layer, do this: first pour the remaining meat sauce, then sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
- Now cover the dish with foil and put in the oven for 25 minutes. When the time is up, remove the foil and bake the same amount more.
Spaghetti
Describing Italian dishes, I would like to dwell on such food as spaghetti. They are often served with tomato sauce. Now we will look at how spaghetti with minced meat is made.
We will need the following ingredients:
- tomatoes - 250 grams;
- minced meat and spaghetti - 400 grams each;
- pepper;
- onion - 150 grams;
- s alt;
- carrots - 200 grams;
- vegetable oil.
Let's start cooking.
- First, grate the carrots, chop the onion, dice the tomatoes.
- Heat the pan, put the onion, fry for 5 minutes, add the carrots, fry the same amount.

Consider the cooking process:
