If you wish, you can season the mixture with a pinch of curry. Everything is carefully kneaded, and then balls are molded, rolling each in the remaining chopped dill. Such a cottage cheese appetizer - spicy, very beautiful - should spend at least an hour in the refrigerator. After that, you can serve. By the way, if there is no time to sculpt balls, you can simply spread the mass on black bread and serve food in the form of sandwiches.

Cottage cheese + greens

As we already mentioned, this combination is quite popular. We offer to prepare a very beautiful cream of greens and cottage cheese. For half a kilogram of dry cottage cheese, we take 10 sprigs of cilantro, parsley, basil and dill. Finely chop the greens, put the cottage cheese in a blender bowl, s alt, pour in two tablespoons of heavy cream and add the chopped greens. Then stir everything until the mass becomes puree. The result is a very beautiful dish of amazing green color. If desired, they can fill, for example, tartlets. Curd puree can also be made spicy if you add the same garlic to it.

Potato + cottage cheese

A very simple cottage cheese snack that belongs to the hot category. Take a kilogram of potatoes, and it is desirable that the root crops be the same size. Cleanse and boil. While the potatoes are cooking, you need to grind the cottage cheese (a sachet weighing 200 g will be enough) with a tablespoon of butter, a pinchs alt and the same amount of pepper. Add finely chopped greens to the mass. Cut the finished potatoes into halves, and lengthwise. And then put the curd mass on each piece. And serve immediately.

Appetizer with salmon

We take three hundred grams of salmon (you can replace it with any other red fish), chop finely, mix with a 200-gram bag of dry cottage cheese. Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Then add finely chopped dill. Knead. Further - at will. You can stuff tartlets, or you can spread pita bread with paste and roll it into a roll. Or just make sandwiches with white bread. Eggs… from cottage cheese

Smoked ham (a 200 g piece will suffice) finely cut with a knife. In a blender, mix half a kilogram of cottage cheese with three tablespoons of soft butter, chopped green onions and a couple of tablespoons of thick sour cream. Add ham. Grate a piece of hard cheese. Then fashion oval dumplings from the curd mass, roll each in grated cheese. In order for the resulting "eggs" to keep their shape, they must be put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Such a cottage cheese appetizer, however, like many others, can also be used as a spread for sandwiches.

And we fill the vacant place with the curd mass, grated in a blender along with cucumber pulp, a few cloves of garlic, a bunch of greens and one bell pepper. Such a cottage cheese appetizer is prepared not only with cucumbers. In the same way, you can make boats from eggplant or zucchini. Only before filling with stuffing, they (already cut, but with pulp) need to be baked either in the oven or in the microwave.

As for the basic version: add a tablespoon of sour cream and sugar (or, say, honey or syrup) to the cottage cheese (the same 200 g). Mix thoroughly. Put a tablespoon of the mass on the palm of your hand, make a cake. Then we take any suitable dried fruit (for example, pitted dates, prunes or dried apricots) or nuts (the same almonds). We put it in the middle and form a ball. Which then needs to be rolled in grated chocolate (black, milk, mixed with coconut). After that, a sweet cottage cheese snack is sent to the refrigerator for an hour.
