  5. After boiling the jam for five minutes, add the swollen gelatin to it with constant stirring. It is important not to allow these ingredients to boil anymore.
  6. After the gelatin grains have dissolved, add lemon juice.
  7. Mix this mass and pour into molds. It is worth noting that the forms must first be lubricated with vegetable oil.
  8. Send blanks to the refrigerator for four hours. After this time has elapsed, jam marmalade is ready.

  1. 30 grams of gelatin pour one glass of boiled water at room temperature and leave to swell.
  2. Crush a glass of jam until smooth with a blender and add a little water to make the mixture runny.

  4. Add swollen gelatin to the heated mass, mix well and place the container with the contents in the microwave for another minute.
  5. Then again we take out the marmalade mass, mix and make sure that the grains of gelatin have dissolved. For the last time, turn on the microwave oven for another minute and a half.
  6. Pour the hot jam into molds or put it on a flat tray, previously covered with cling film.
