Product List:

  • 300g minced meat (beef, chicken or pork);

Cooking process:

  2. Now you need to pour boiling water over the tomatoes and make cross-shaped cuts. Carefully separate the skin from the pulp. To chop the tomato, you can use a blender or a regular grater. The result should be a thick tomato gruel.
  3. Cut the onion into rings. Then we take a pan with a volume of 2liters. We will cook rice in it. At the very beginning, you need to s alt the water. The previously prepared meatballs should be put into the pan at the half-cooked rice stage. Let's take 5 minutes. Add tomato puree to soup. Mix well.
  4. It remains to throw onion rings and garlic, passed through a special press. We are waiting for the soup to finish cooking. It should rest for a few minutes before serving. Ladle it into bowls and garnish with herbs.

Cheese meatball soup recipe

Ingredients (for 3-3.5 liter pot):

  • melted cheese - 3 pieces;
  • one carrot;
  • 500 g of any minced meat;
  • two medium onions;
  • one chicken egg;
  • 5-6 small potatoes;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • spices.

Soup with meatballs and cheese is prepared like this:

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. We put it in a pan and fry in oil. It should turn golden in color.
  2. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, s alt and pepper it. In the same bowl, add the egg and half the fried onion. Mix the mass well. Now you can start forming meatballs.
  3. We need to peel the carrot and grate it on a fine grater. Next, fry it in vegetable (refined) oil.
  4. In a pot filled with water, put grated carrots and fried onions. We are waiting for the liquid to boil. Throwing meatballs. While they are cooking, we must peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. It's better not to make large pieces. 5-7 minutes after boiling, you need to add potatoes, bay leaves and your favorite spices.

Practical part:

  1. Take the chicken and cut it into several pieces. We put them in a saucepan, fill with water and bring to a boil. Set fire to minimum. Don't forget to remove the foam.
  2. The celery stalks and parsnips should be cut into large pieces and then added to the pot. The ingredients should cook for 2-3 hours. Approximately half an hour before readiness, add chopped greens.
  3. Let's start making meatballs. Place the minced chicken in a deep bowl, add breadcrumbs, garlic gruel, chopped onion and herbs. Don't forget to add s alt and pepper.
  4. Break the egg, carefully separate the protein from the yolk. I put them in different bowls. Add the yolkto chicken mince. As for protein, we also need it. Beat it until foamy, and then pour it into the minced meat. The resulting mass must be covered and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. We get the minced meat and start making meatballs. Put them one by one into the soup. Cooking for another 20 minutes. As a result, we should get a delicious and rich chicken soup with meatballs. The recipe described above is simple to execute, even a novice housewife can handle it.
