Required ingredients:

  • butter - 175 grams;
  • sugar - 175 grams;
  • egg without shell - 140 grams (that's about 3 small eggs);
  • flour - 240 grams;
  • raisins washed and dried - 175grams;
  • baking powder - ½ teaspoon;
  • vanilla essence - 2 drops;
  • powdered sugar;
  • s alt.

How to make a capital cake?

The cooking process is as follows:

  1. Mix room temperature butter with sugar and beat this mixture with a mixer until fluffy white mass.
  2. Gently add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat until creamy.
  3. Add vanilla essence, raisins and a pinch of s alt to the resulting mass and mix well.

  • sugar - 165 grams;
  • cottage cheese 18% fat – 130 grams;
  • egg without shell - 80 grams (approximately2 small eggs);
  • baking powder - ½ teaspoon;
  • powdered sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix room temperature butter and sugar, beat with a mixer for eight minutes. The resulting mass will crumble.
  2. Add cottage cheese. Continue mixing until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. If the cottage cheese is coarse-grained, then it should be rubbed through a sieve before cooking.

  1. Bake the apples in the oven or microwave until fully cooked. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon andgrind it to a puree state using a blender or a fine sieve.
  2. Add sugar to the warm apple mass and mix. Leave to cool.
  3. Add the egg white to the cold puree and beat with a mixer until white and fluffy. This will take about seven minutes.
  4. Set aside a glass of the resulting mixture. It will be needed later. Put the rest of the mass in a rectangular shape measuring 20 x 30 centimeters, which is covered with baking paper. The thickness of the layer should be three centimeters.
  5. Dry in the oven at 70°C for 5-8 hours. After half the time, it is recommended to turn the marshmallow.
  6. After remove the parchment. If it does not come off well, moisten it with a little water.
  7. Cut the resulting rectangle lengthwise into three strips of equal width. Lubricate each of them with the remaining mass, fold on top of each other and coat with it from the outer edges.

  • butter - 200 grams;
  • condensed milk - 120 grams;
