Spaghetti with chicken in creamy sauce
Required products list:
- Spaghetti - five hundred grams.
- Chicken fillet - two pieces.
- Hard cheese - one hundred grams.
- Bacon - one hundred grams.
- Wheat flour - tablespoon.
- Onion - two small heads.
- Garlic - two cloves.
- Cream 20% fat - six hundred milliliters.
- Fresh basil - bunch.
- Ground pepper - a third of a teaspoon.
- Vegetable oil - six tablespoons.
- S alt - dessert spoon.
Step by step cooking recipe
Chicken spaghetti is a dish that is suitable for both lunch and dinner. In addition, the time for its preparationit won't take that much. Before you start preparing all the ingredients for spaghetti with chicken, you first need to boil the water. To do this, you need a large six-liter pan. Fill it with tap water and place it on high heat.
While the water boils, you need to wash the chicken fillet, separate it from the skin and cut into small pieces. Cut all the bacon slices into medium sized cubes. Peel the onion and garlic from the husk and chop very finely. The next step is to fry the chopped chicken fillet. Pour vegetable oil into a deep saucepan and heat it well over high heat.
Put pieces of meat in a saucepan and, without reducing the heat, fry them for no more than two to three minutes, stirring constantly. Then transfer to a separate bowl. Put the bacon cubes into the empty saucepan and fry until they are reddened.
Here you need to pay attention to the amount of fat formed during the frying of bacon. Too much of it will make the dish too greasy. Therefore, the excess must be removed with a tablespoon.
Add finely chopped onion to the fried bacon, mix and fry it for exactly two minutes. You don't need to fry the onion. Then return the fried pieces of chicken fillet to the stewpan, pour wheat flour and, stirring all the time, fry for another three minutes. After that, pour the cream into the saucepan. While stirring, boil until the mass gradually becomes thicker.
Separately grate hard cheese and put two-thirds intosaucepan with cream sauce, and the rest of the cheese set aside for serving. You also need to add chopped garlic, s alt and ground pepper. Mix well and simmer for about five more minutes. Then turn off the fire. Creamy chicken spaghetti sauce is ready.
Cooking spaghetti and shaping the dish
Now you need to boil the spaghetti. After the water in the pan boils, pour two dessert spoons of s alt into it. And then carefully lower the spaghetti into boiling water. Cook according to package instructions.
After cooking, drain the spaghetti in a colander so that a little glass of water, and transfer to a saucepan with cream sauce. Place spaghetti with chicken in a creamy sauce over low heat. Mix well and heat for five to seven minutes. Then immediately arrange the cooked spaghetti with chicken on portioned plates. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and finely chopped basil.
