- Chop onions and carrots. Onions should be cut into pieces, and carrots should be grated.

- Chicken - about half a kilo of pulp (breast, chicken legs).
- Potatoes - about a kilo.
- Champignons - 250-400 grams. Mushrooms can be taken frozen, fresh or canned - as desired.
- 2 bulbs.
- Hard cheese - 150-200 grams.
- 200 grams of sour cream (or sour cream).
- Lean oil.
- Boiled water.
- S alt.
