Ingredients:

  • beets (fresh) - 1 pc.;
  • Beijing cabbage or white cabbage - the fourth part;
  • potatoes - 2 tubers;
  • carrots (fresh) - 1 pc.;
  • onion - half head;
  • mayonnaise;

  • vegetable oil.

Royal salad is served on the table in a large dish. Each ingredient is laid out in a slide, while mayonnaise is required in the center of the salad bowl.

First, take the carrots, wash, peel and grate them. Then we do the same with beets.

Cabbage should be finely chopped. Onions should be peeled and chopped as thin as possible. Fresh potatoes are peeled and, like carrots and beets, three on a grater. Then put the potatoes on a paper towel and let dry.

Pour oil into the pan, put it on the stove. As soon as it heats up, lay out part of the potato in a small layer. We fry it until the product acquires a golden color. Do the same with the leftover potatoes. After frying, put it in a separate bowl, s alt and separate the slices.

On a salad bowl we have a slide of beets, carrots, cabbage, potatoes and onions. Sprinkle a little s alt on top and spread mayonnaise in the center.

Ingredients:

  • squid - 2 pcs.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • shrimps (peeled frozen) - a glass;
  • onion - quarter;
  • salmon red caviar - 2 tsp;
  • mayonnaise.

This royal salad is no doubt festive, because it consists of rather expensive ingredients. As for shrimp, it is better to buy them already peeled. It is preferable to choose small ones in order to mess with them less. A white onion is better. Those who wish can pickle it first, but it is good without it. If we take its red variety, thensquids change color, which I would not like.

To prepare a royal salad with seafood, take a deep and wide plate. First, boil the squids (three minutes, no longer, otherwise the product will become rubbery). Next, cut them into rings, add ready-made shrimps.

Grate a hard-boiled egg and add the onion, cut into half rings or small rectangles. Then dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. Then it can be put in the refrigerator to cool slightly.

Before you serve the salad on the table, put it on a beautiful dish, align and add red caviar in a beautiful layer. Enjoy your meal!
