To start preparing a delicious dessert, prepare the following set of products:

  • Milk chocolate - 250 grams.

The Lolita cake recipe has quite a lot of ingredients, but the cooking method is not that complicated:

  1. To make a sponge cake, you need to beat 90 grams of powdered sugar with 100 grams of butter until smooth.
  2. Separate five proteins from the yolks. Beat the last with 50 grams of sugar. And beat the chilled proteins to stable peaks with the remaining granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  3. 100 grams of chocolate melt in a water bath and add it to the mixture of yolks and sugar.
