Mix with ground pepper and s alt, stir until the ingredients are dissolved. Add oil. Mix again. Now it's the bow's turn. It must be peeled, cut into half rings or rings. Pour marinade over onion. Leave for 20-25 minutes. For a richer taste and piquancy, you can also add lemon zest to the marinade.
Lemon with honey
You can pickle onions for herring using two products that are opposite in taste: sour lemon and sweet honey. For cookingmarinade required:

- 6 ml liquid honey;
- ground coriander;
- ground red pepper.

Mustard and balsamic vinegar

If you don’t like the taste of table vinegar or the smell is too strong, you can always replace it with balsamic.
