It was at this time that a single national cuisine appeared, and the dish so beloved by everyone became an integral part of it.

Here the dough will be used, which is different from the classic dumplings.

What you need:

  • half a kilo of minced chicken;
  • one bulb;
  • a couple of glasses of flour;
  • two-thirds of a glass of milk;
  • s alt and pepper to taste.

Cooking process

First you need to deal with minced meat. You can buy ready. And you can independently twist the meat through a meat grinder. It is only better to use poultry thighs for these purposes, since the minced meat from the breast turns out to be dry.

Onions can be minced together with the meat or finely chopped and then added to the meat. S alt and pepper all this and mix well.

Now you need to knead the dough. To do this, pour the milk into a suitable container and sift flour and s alt into it. Mix all this and knead the dough.

There are two ways to make dumplings. The first one isroll up the sausage, cut it into small pieces and roll each one into a dumpling.
