Thomas Sheridan & Sons created an unusual Sheridan liqueur in the 90s. Its uniqueness lay in the fact that it was "double", that is, it was divided into two separated components. This liqueur is made from real Irish whiskey. Outwardly, it looks like this: a glass bottle is divided into two parts, one of them contains cream liqueur, and the other coffee liqueur. By the way, the coffee part is stronger than the cream part. Liqueur "Sheridan", the price of which is not at all high, has a strength of 15.5%. After a large number of experiments, the manufacturers managed to develop the correct neck, which allowed the drink to be poured into glasses correctly, taking into account all the requirements. Thanks to this packaging and unique taste, Sheridan liqueur quickly conquered the whole world.

To make Sheridan liqueur at home, you need:
- milk (15%) – 350ml;
- sugar - 800 gr.;
- honey - 400 gr.;
- purified water - 1 liter;
- chocolate (white) - 70 gr.;
- vodka - 500 ml;
- sugar (vanilla) - 5 gr.;
- vanilla - 15 gr.;
- coffee (instant) - 200ml.;
- whiskey (Irish) - 250 ml;
- caramel - 15 gr.;
- egg - 3 pcs
First let's make the cream liqueur. Melt white chocolate and add milk. Next, we send beaten eggs and cream, vanilla sugar and honey there and mix everything thoroughly. The last step is Irish whiskey. Now we beat everything well and pour it into a bottle. Preparing the coffee part. For her, mix sugar, caramel and water, put on fire and bring to a boil. After cooling for 30 minutes. and add coffee to it. In another vessel, add vodka, vanilla, sugar syrup and mix everything well. Now you need to leave this mixture for 3 weeks, only you need to stir every week. When time has passed, pour the mixture into a bottle. All components of Sheridan liqueur are ready.
