Chicken in apple sauce

First you need to prepare the following products:

  • medium-sized chicken breasts (large drumsticks will do);
  • one apple;
  • 100g hard cheese;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of ketchup (spicy);
  • one medium onion;
  • spices, s alt (to taste);
  • vegetable (unrefined) oil.

We take a glass pan, put chicken breasts (drumsticks) in it and pour oil on the bottom. At this stage, you can already s alt and add your favorite spices. Next, close the pan with a lid and put it in the microwave. With a power of 850-900 W, the cooking time will be 10 minutes. While the chicken is in the microwave, you need to cut the apple into slices, and the onion into thin rings. After 10 minutes, take out the pan. Carefully remove the chicken from it. It will need to be poured with ketchup, and also overlaid with appleslices and onion rings. Now again put the chicken meat in the pan, cover with a lid and put in the oven for 10 minutes. There is very little time left before our meal is ready. We mix the sauce with poultry meat, sprinkle it all with grated cheese, and then put it in the oven without covering it with a lid. After just 1.5 minutes, the fragrant chicken in the microwave will be ready. As you can see, this recipe does not provide anything complicated. You can prepare a complete lunch or dinner in just a few minutes.

We offer you another interesting recipe - chicken in the sleeve in the microwave. The preparation of poultry meat is done in exactly the same way as if you were going to cook it in the oven. We start by taking the chicken carcass, washing it and, if necessary, cleaning it. Now let's deal with the sleeve. Its length must be chosen in such a way that after packing the whole carcass, you can freely wrap the ends up. Usually, special clamps come with the sleeve in which the chicken is cooked in the microwave. If they are not, then you can use ordinary threads.

In order for a golden crust to form on the chicken carcass during cooking, you should thoroughly coat the sleeve with sauce both outside and inside. S alt and sprinkle with pepper. Now carefully put the chicken in and fix the sides with clamps (we tie with threads). Before sending the meat to the oven, be sure to check the reliability of the fasteners made.

Microwave chicken will cook in a large (not flat) plate with rims. We put the form in the microwave andstraighten the sleeve (it should not fit snugly to the carcass). We select the maximum value and set the timer for 20 minutes. This option is suitable for those cases where a small chicken is used. If you bought a large carcass in the store to feed the whole family, then the cooking time increases to 30 minutes.

After this time, you need to pick up a fork and pierce the meat. A clear liquid flowing out of it indicates that the chicken is ready to eat. If, along with the juice, blood comes out, then it is still too early to get the carcass from the microwave.
