How to cook corn in the microwave
There are several recipes for using this device. The simplest isthat the corn in the microwave is boiled directly on the cob without pre-cleaning and spices. That is, they are simply laid out on a glass dish, the device is turned on at maximum power and a timer is set. Estimated cooking time for 1 ear is 1.5 to 2 minutes, depending on microwave capabilities. If its maximum power is 1 kW, then 1.5 minutes will be enough, if 600 W - twice as much.
The finished corn should be covered with paper towels and left for 5-7 minutes to cool slightly. For 4 cobs you will need the following products: s alt, a bunch of parsley, 4 cloves of garlic, a mixture of peppers and a little vegetable oil. You should also stock up on baking foil. First, peel and mince the garlic. Parsley is washed and chopped, then they are mixed, s alt and pepper and a little oil are added. The resulting mass is carefully lubricated with peeled cobs, each tightly wrapped in foil and sent to the oven. Corn is baked for about half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. It is advisable to turn it over several times during the process so that there are no burnt grains. Serve the cobs unwrapped and always hot. It turns out incredibly fragrant and very tasty.
