But first we need to make the dough - the basis for our dish. You can, of course, buy it in the store: in any supermarket you will find several options. But it's more interesting with your own hands. So, thin pizza dough.
Ingredients (for one standard pizza 30 cm in diameter): 175 grams of flour, 125 ml of warm water, a large spoonful of olive oil, a small spoonful of fast dry yeast, s alt on the tip of a knife.
Mix flour with yeast and s alt, and water with butter. Gradually pour the resulting liquid into the dry mixture. Knead the dough, which should be homogeneous. Once thick, turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes. Lubricate the bowl with oil and put the product there. Cover, leave warm for 30-40 minutes (to fit). Then knead a little more and roll out the dough into a circle. Put the circle on a baking sheet. You can put stuffing on top.

With beef (or veal)
With beef and pickled cucumbers - excellent and hearty meat pizza. Its recipe is easy to prepare. We will need (the ingredients are indicated for making one pizza, if we cook several, we multiply by the quantity):300 grams of boiled soft beef, 3-4 medium-sized pickled cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 1 large tomato, 1 onion, cheese (mozzarella or some other) - 150 grams.
- Put prepared and rolled dough on a baking sheet.
- Cut the beef into strips. Pepper, onion - half rings. Cucumbers and tomatoes - thin slices.
- Spread out: first the beef, then the vegetable mixture. Top with grated cheese.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven at medium temperature. Bake for 20 minutes.
With ham
Meat pizza with ham and egg is a real hearty meal! We take 200 grams of smoked ham, not too fatty, 150 grams of hard cheese, 100 grams of milk, 2 eggs, 2-3 tomatoes, spices, s alt.
- Cut the ham into cubes and fry a little in a pan.
- Cut the tomatoes and cheese into cubes. Mix with ham. Spread on the basis of the dough.
- Beat the eggs and mix them with milk, adding s alt and spices (you can herbs) to taste.
- Pour the stuffing laid out on the dough with this mass.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven heated to medium temperatures and bake for 20 minutes.
With lamb and rice
Meat pizza with lamb and rice, seasoned with spices and cheese, as if it combines Asian and European cuisine. It is very satisfying and your family will surely love it as a great alternative to birthday cake.
We take 250 grams of boiled or stewed lamb (the main thing is that it should not behard), 200 grams of boiled friable rice, 3 cloves of garlic, 3-5 fresh tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 onion, seasonings.
- Lamb cut into strips. Onions - half rings.
- Crush the garlic. Boil the egg and cut into cubes.
- Tomatoes are peeled and mashed in a blender (well, or coarsely grated).
- All products (plus boiled rice) are combined on a basis prepared and laid out on a baking sheet.
- Cover the filling with tomato puree.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the whole structure.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Excellent and hearty meat pizza (see photo below) is ready! It remains to call home to the table.
