- Chop the onion finely.
- Grate carrots.
- In the slow cooker with the lid open, fry them in the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes.
- Toss prepared ribs to vegetables and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
- Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and put them in the bowl on top of the meat.
- Mix spices, sour cream, mustard and tomato paste in a separate bowl. Dilute with water and pour into a slow cooker.

- 2 tbsp. l. ketchup (can be replaced with tomato paste in the same amount);
- 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- 2 pinches of ground black pepper;
- 1 glass of water.
Cooking goulash in a slow cooker
The cooking steps of this dish can be divided into the following points:
- The first step is to prepare the meat for the slow cooker. To do this, pork is cut into strips or fairly large cubes (about 2 cm each).
- Peel and cut the onion in half rings, and then cut it into 3 more parts, while the longest pieces should not be more than 2 cm.
- Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half lengthwise. The stalk must be cut out, and then cut into tomatoes in the same way as onions (that is, in half rings, and then even across).
- Now it's the turn of the bell pepper. It must be washed well, cleaned of seeds and cut in the same way as other vegetables. It is important that the vegetables are not larger than the pieces of meat.

- potatoes - 5 pcs.;
- pork - 200g;
- cabbage - 150 g;
- white bread - 4 slices;
- milk - 150g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;

- prunes - 200 g (can be replaced with dried apricots);
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l.;
- s alt.

Then add the meat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chopped herbs and vegetables, pepper and s alt the dish. Mix the tomato paste with flour, dilute with water andpour into the multicooker. On the "Stew" mode, cook pork in a slow cooker for an hour and a half.
French-style meat in a slow cooker
Ingredients needed:
- pork - 600 grams (only the pulp is used);
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- a small block of cheese (about 150-200 grams);
- mayonnaise - 4 full tablespoons (to reduce calories, this component can be replaced with yogurt);
- spices (s alt, pepper, others to taste).
