The first step in making pasta with oyster mushrooms and chicken is to prepare the two main ingredients. The first step in the oyster mushroom pasta recipe is mushrooms. If you bought them in a store, then they are probably well cleaned and washed. If oyster mushrooms were collected with your own hands, then pay more attentionpre-processing. Mushroom caps should be cleaned of dust, earth, branches and leaves. This is the part that will be used for cooking. The legs are hard, so they can be ruthlessly cut off. But don't throw it away! Mushroom legs can be used to make a wonderful, rich, fragrant and delicious mushroom broth.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Garlic can be crushed with a knife or press.
Second stage
When all the ingredients for the oyster mushroom pasta are prepared, let's start cooking. First you need to fry the garlic in a small amount of sunflower oil so that it gives it its flavor. When the garlic pieces are lightly browned, take them out. Now fry the mushrooms. You can lightly s alt them. After 5-7 minutes, add the chicken fillet to the mushrooms. After another five minutes, add the rest of the spices.
Mix thoroughly. Fry the mushrooms and meat until a fragrant crust appears. As soon as the two main ingredients are browned, add onions. We fry for three minutes. Pour the indicated amount of tomato paste, mix and simmer for a few more minutes. Sprinkle with plenty of fresh herbs. Turn off the fire.
The spaghetti or pasta you have chosen is cooked according to the recipe on the package. The main thing is to slightly undercook them to get the al dente effect. Throw out the pasta. When the water is drained, immediately mix spaghetti with tomato sauce, let stand for a while and serve.
